The coffee pods are "Greenpods", which are BPI certified (BPI is North America's leading certifier of compostable products and packaging) to ASTM D6400 or D6868 standards. GreenPods are made from components that have been certified for industrial compost facilities. Check with your composting service to ensure they can accept them, as facilities differ in what they can and cannot process.
