How do I change the size and/or style of my socks?Updated a month ago

Want to get a different size or cut for future orders? No problem! You can make changes to your subscription in your account.

Please note that if you have a prepaid subscription, changes will need to be made by Customer Service. Contact us and let us know what changes you need to make, and we'll update your subscription. 

To update your standard subscription yourself, log in and select the manage subscriptions tab:

You'll be taken to a second screen that will display all of your subscriptions. Please select the subscription you'd like to update by clicking the Manage this subscription link.

From there you can select the size and/or style you'd like for future months:

Once you've saved your changes you're all set!
