Why did my shipping cost change in June?Updated 8 days ago
To help keep our subscription program sustainable and continue supporting the charities we partner with, we updated how shipping and import-related costs are handled beginning June 17, 2026.
Depending on where you live and the size of your subscription, you may see changes for one or more of the following reasons:
U.S. subscriptions under $13.75 USD are no longer eligible for free shipping. Shipping charges are now calculated based on parcel weight and shipping distance.
International subscriptions are no longer eligible for flat-rate shipping. Shipping charges are now calculated based on parcel weight and shipping distance.
Customers in Canada, Mexico, and the EU may also see import duties or customs-related charges added to their order total. Good Store now collects these fees at checkout to help streamline delivery and reduce the likelihood of additional fees being charged by customs carriers.
Shipping and international delivery costs have increased significantly in recent years. These changes allow us to continue offering subscriptions while supporting the charitable work that is central to our mission.
If you'd like to reduce shipping costs, you may want to consider receiving larger quantities less frequently. You can review and update your subscription at any time through your subscription portal.
