How should I care for my undies?

Before washing for the first time, always read the fabric care label of each garment. For best performance, please hand-wash cold and lay flat to dry. This will help to protect the colorfastness of the garment as well as the construction of the elast

Yes, the poly bags the undies come in are made of recycled materials and can be recycled.

What is your return policy for the undies?

For the health and safety of our team, we do not accept returns for opened or worn undies, even if they were only tried on once. If you ordered the wrong size or style of undies, please reach out to our team, and we'll help provide the next steps.

Welcome to the club!. Your first pair of Awesome Undies will be shipped by September 15th. Each month after that, starting in October, your subscription will be processed on the 1st of the month, and your undies will ship by the end of each month. Yo
