Can I change my address/payment/account information?Updated 2 months ago
You can always make changes to your account information, such as shipping address or payment method, from your customer portal. If you have not been charged for your next order, you can log in to your customer portal to make the necessary changes.
We are unable to change payment or billing information for an order that has already been processed. We are unable to change shipping addresses for orders that have already shipped. If you need to update the shipping address for an order that has already charged, please contact us.
How do I update my payment method?
From any page, click "Log In" at the top right of the page. Then, click “Manage Subscription” and enter your email address to receive a one-time Magic Link to access your account.
Once in your account, select the subscription you'd like to update and click "View More". On this Subscription Details page, under "Payment Method" click the "Update" button at the bottom left and you'll be sent an email to securely update your payment information for future orders.
If your subscription was cancelled due to non-payment, follow the steps above and then contact us for help with reactivating your subscription.
