Most discount codes can only be used for new orders at checkout and may apply only to one-time purchases or the first subscription order. Good Dot Reward discounts for free shipping or $ off order totals can be applied to your upcoming subscription order.

If you have a discount code eligible for use with recurring subscription orders, here’s how to apply it to your upcoming subscription order: 

1. Click “Next Order” at the top of your Manage Subscriptions page

2. Scroll down to the section titled “Order Summary”

3. Enter your discount code in the 'Promo code' box and select 'Apply.'

Please note that discounts for free items can only be applied at checkout and often require the item to be added to the cart before it can be discounted to free.
