Can you ship to my address if it is written in a language other than English?Updated 3 days ago

Addresses in languages other than English are fine, so long as they are written using the English alphabet, with no accented letters. Our system cannot process non-English characters or accented letters, so we can't print labels in any other alphabet. 

If your address contains characters our system cannot print, it will delay order processing. We do our best to check for these issues. We can remove accents that give us trouble, but in some cases, we may reach out to determine the best translation of the address.
