Combining your subscriptions into a single order is a great way to minimize shipping costs and packaging materials. Thanks for being so thoughtful!
A quick note: Awesome Socks shipping within the US always ships as individual pairs, due to the size limits of shipping via USPS Flat Rate. This shipping option helps reduce shipping costs and maximize our contributions to charity. Besides this exception, all other subscription items can be combined to ship together.
The easiest way to do this would be to cancel all but one of your subscriptions. Then, with your remaining subscription, add items to your next order as a recurring subscription. Here are the steps to add new items to an existing subscription:
Click “Next order” at the top of the Manage Subscriptions page.
To the right, you’ll see the section titled “Add to your subscription”. You can click any of the items in this section or click “Browse all” to see all available options or search for the one you want.
Once you find what you want, click “Add”.
If multiple product options are available, choose the ones you want (e.g., select the size and style you prefer for your Awesome Socks).
Update the quantity if you want more than one.
Select if you want this item as a one-time purchase (added to this upcoming order only) or a subscription. If you choose to subscribe, you can choose the frequency for your recurring orders.
Click “Add to order”.
If you’re subscribed to many items, this process can get lengthy and a little complex. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to our support team if you want to combine any or all of your subscriptions. We’re happy to help with this!
Please note that if you have multiple subscriptions with different order frequencies, your orders will include all items only if all items have the same order date. Again, our support team is happy to help you get these lined up for you if you have any trouble!
Example: You have separate subscriptions: a bag of coffee that charges monthly and two bags of tea that charge every other month. This will mean that in every other order, you’ll be charged for all the tea and coffee together, and they will ship together. In all the months in between, you’ll be charged for and receive only the tea.
