How do I cancel my subscription?Updated a year ago

From any page, click "Log In" at the top right of the page. Once logged in, click "Manage Subscription". From there, select the tab on the side that says Manage Subscriptions and choose the subscription you would like to cancel. Scroll to the bottom of the page and there will be a button for cancelling your subscription. 

Once you cancel, you'll be sent a cancellation email notification to confirm your account cancellation.

If you have any trouble canceling your subscription, please contact us and we can do it for you. 

Please note that canceling your account will not cancel any orders that have recently processed. To cancel an order that recently processed but has not yet shipped, please contact us.
