You can cancel your subscription any time, for any reason!

Here’s how to cancel your subscription: 

1. Click “Subscriptions” at the top of your Manage Subscriptions Page.

2. Locate the subscription you want to cancel and select “Manage” and then click “Cancel” from the dropdown menu..

3. Select the reason for canceling. If you don’t see your reason, or don’t want to share why, you can click “Other”. 

4. There may be an offer available for your subscription. You can accept that offer and keep your subscription active, or continue with the cancellation. 

5. An optional text field will appear to include any details about your cancellation, if you’d like to share your feedback with our team. You can leave this blank if you prefer. Once you click “Confirm cancellation” on this step, your subscription will be canceled, and you’ll receive an email confirming this.

If you have any trouble with canceling your subscription or accessing your account to cancel, don’t hesitate to reach out to our support team! 

Please note that canceling your subscription will not cancel any recent orders that have already been processed. Our system will continue to ship these recently processed orders until you write to our support team to request cancellation.
