How do I change the frequency of my subscription orders?Updated 2 hours ago

Here are the steps to update your order frequency on your Manage Subscriptions Page: 

1. Log in to your account and click "Manage Subscriptions"

2. Click "Subscriptions" from the top menu. 

3. Locate the subscription you want to update and click the "Manage" dropdown menu. From that menu, click "Edit".

4. Update the frequency of your subscription orders - this depends on what kind of subscription it is:

   1. For single-item subscriptions, you’ll see a menu of details you can update, depending on the product. In this box, you’ll see a line that says “You’ll get [#] of these [frequency].” You can click this dropdown to select a new order frequency option. Click “Save changes.”

   2. For bundled subscriptions, you’ll see a box labeled “Your bundle details” that lists the current frequency for these items. Click “Update Contents” and choose the new frequency option from the dropdown. Click “Save changes”.

5. And that’s it! Enjoy your subscription at the pace that fits you best.
