How do I change the size, color or other variant of my subscription item?Updated 12 hours ago

If you want to keep the same product in your subscription  but change to a different existing option (e.g., update your sock size and/or style or switch from whole bean to ground coffee), follow these steps:

1. Click “Subscriptions” at the top of your Subscription Management Page.

2. Locate the subscription you want to change and click the “Manage” dropdown button.

3. Update the options for your product to the one you want from the dropdown list. You can also update item quantity and order frequency here, if you need to.

4. Click “Save Changes”.

If you don’t see any dropdowns with other options for your subscription product, it’s likely that there are no other options for that same item. Instead, you may need to use the “Swap to a different product” button. 

Prepaid subscriptions cannot be updated in the Manage Subscriptions Page after the original order is placed, and not all prepaid subscriptions can be updated after the subscription is created. If you’d like to make any changes to a prepaid subscription, please reach out to our support team. We can check whether it’s possible, and if it is, we’re happy to make that change for you.
