How do I swap or change the product(s) in my subscription?Updated 12 hours ago

Changing the products for your subscription is a little different for individual items and bundles. 

Here are the steps to change your subscription from one product to a different product: 

1. Click “Subscriptions” at the top of your Subscription Management page.

2. Locate the subscription you want to change and click ”Manage”.

3. Select “Swap”. 

4. Choose a new item from the menu of available products. You can browse available options or use the search bar if you know exactly what you want.

5. Select any specific options for the product, such as the grind for your coffee, or the style and size of your socks, from the dropdown menu. You can also update item quantity and order frequency here, if you need to. 
   (If you choose a bundle here, you’ll need to select the items you want in the bundle to continue.)

6. Click “Swap product”.

For subscription bundles, you can edit their contents at any time or switch to a different bundle or an individual product. Following the same steps above, you’ll see both the “Edit Contents” and “Swap to a different product” options on the “edit subscription” page.

• Edit Contents: You can update the bundle's contents, but only items eligible for that bundle can be added. (Example: Only Sun Basin Soap products can be added to the Sun Basin Soap Bundle.) 
• Swap to a different product: This option lets you switch to a completely different product or bundle. If you select a different bundle, you’ll need to choose the items you want in the bundle to finalize the change.

Prepaid subscriptions cannot be updated in the Manage Subscriptions Page after the original order is placed, and not all prepaid subscriptions can be updated after the subscription is created.
