How do your prepaid subscriptions work?Updated a month ago

Our prepaid subscriptions allow you to purchase 6 or 12 months of a subscription upfront. For all of our prepaid subscriptions, your first order will ship in 3-5 business days and then each month a new order will process on the 1st of the month. 

For each club, you'll be sent a new, surprise product each month so that you can try the different soap scents and tea blends and get the monthly Awesome Sock design. 

If you would like to gift these prepaid subscriptions, please just add your recipient's shipping address at checkout. 

If you need to make changes to your prepaid subscription, please contact customer service. You can update the shipping address in your account, but customer service will need to make changes to products (such as the size or style).

Please note: We do not offer cancellations or refunds on prepaid subscriptions.
