Prepaid subscriptions continue until the last prepaid order is processed and shipped. All other subscriptions will continue until you cancel, which you can do at any time by logging in to your account. If you have trouble accessing your subscription portal or canceling your subscription, feel free to reach out to our support team, and we can help!

Your subscription will also be automatically canceled if a payment cannot be made (like if your credit card expires). If that happens, you can log in to update your payment method, and your next order will be processed right away. 

You’ll receive a billing reminder a few days before you are charged and an order confirmation when your order is successfully processed.
