When will I be charged for my next order?Updated 2 hours ago

Awesome Socks Club and Awesome Undies Club are charged on the 1st of each month. 

For all other subscriptions, your next order will be processed based on the date you placed your first order and your order frequency. (For example, you order EcoGeek products on October 15th with a frequency of every three months. Your next EcoGeek order will be processed on January 15th). 

You can view your upcoming orders by logging into your account, clicking “Manage Subscriptions” on the left-hand menu, then “Future Orders” on the right-hand menu. 

We always send an upcoming order reminder a few days before your next order is scheduled to be processed. If you don't see these in your inbox, don't forget to check the spam folder!
