Why did shipping to the EU increase?Updated 3 hours ago

As of November 1, new EU policies have introduced additional handling fees on every item shipped into the EU. These fees are charged to us by our shipping carrier.

To continue the work we do and support our partner charities, we’ve had to make the difficult decision to raise EU shipping costs to cover these fees. We know this isn’t the news anyone wants, and we didn’t take the decision lightly.
