Will I have to pay for customs duties or additional fees when my order arrives?Updated 15 days ago
Good Store collects customs duties and import fees at checkout for all orders shipping to the EU, Canada, and Mexico. You'll see these charges listed at checkout. We remit these duties and fees to the destination country's government, and your order will be marked as "DDP" (Delivery Duties Paid). You should not need to pay any additional customs duties or import fees upon delivery of your order.
If your order is being shipped to any country other than the US, Canada, the EU, or Mexico, you may be charged additional import fees and customs duties when it arrives. We recommend that you be aware of the import/customs regulations in your country before placing your order. Please note that some carriers may charge an additional handling fee for processing duties or tax payments at the time of pick-up or delivery.
When we list the value on customs forms, we do not include shipping costs, only the cost of the actual item.
We are not able to reimburse for customs duties, import taxes, or additional handling fees that carriers may require at the time of delivery/pick-up.
