Are taxes included in the cost of my order?
Sales tax is not included in the cost of the subscription. If you live in a location that charges sales tax on these types of items, you’ll see tax charged for your subscription in addition to the subscription price.
Can I cancel an order that has already processed?
Currently, we don't have a way for customers to cancel their own orders that have already been processed. That said, our support team is happy to help cancel your order if it has not yet shipped. Contact us with your order number or reply to your ord
Can I buy from your site in a currency other than US Dollars?
Yes, we support mullti-currency checkout.
Will I have to pay for customs duties or additional fees when my order arrives?
Good Store collects customs duties and import fees at checkout for all orders shipping to the EU, Canada, and Mexico. You'll see these charges listed at checkout. We remit these duties and fees to the destination country's government, and your order
