How much does each bag make?
Each 12-oz bag of coffee makes around 22 cups. 5lb bags can make up to 147 cups. Each 50g bag of tea makes ~20 cups. *By cup, we mean an 8-oz serving.

Where is the coffee roasted?
We partner with First Crack in St. Louis, Missouri, to roast all of our coffee. We coordinate our restocks so that your coffee will arrive at your door approximately 2-5 weeks after roasting.
Will the coffee pods work in my coffee machine?
Our coffee pods can be used in most single-serve coffee machines. Our pods cannot be used in machines that require soft pods (flat paper pods). Our pods do not have a barcode, so if your machine requires one to make your drink, these will not be comp
How do I brew the coffee?

How should I store the coffee? How long will it stay fresh?
Store the coffee in the bag or an air-tight container at room temperature. We also recommend keeping the coffee in a dark place or storing it in a container that blocks light. Best if used within one month of receiving.
Is this coffee gluten-free? Vegan? Organic? Kosher?
Keats & Co coffee is gluten-free and vegan. Our coffee is not certified organic. While our coffee is kosher by general coffee standards, it is not officially certified kosher.
Are there possible allergens in coffee?
It is incredibly unlikely that there are any allergens in Keats & Co coffee. Our roaster only works with coffee beans.
How is Paradoxa decaffeinated?
Our Paradoxa coffee is naturally decaffeinated using the sugarcane decaffeination method. Sugarcane decaffeination utilizes a naturally occurring compound, ethyl acetate (EA), to decaffeinate coffee. The EA used in this process is derived from molass

How do I brew the tea?
Each tea bag will come with individual brewing instructions on the bag for both temperature and time, as it differs per blend.
How should I store my tea? How long can I store it?
For long lasting flavor, we recommend storing the tea in a sealed container away from light and oxygen. Tea will store indefinitely as long as it is stored correctly, in a cool place out of the light.
How many milligrams of caffeine are in each tea?
We are not able to provide the exact amount of caffeine per cup as it differs per batch and the small, local supplier we work with is not set up for that testing. Each tea blend differs in its levels of caffeine but all teas are generally lower than
Is your tea gluten-free?
Yes, all of our teas are gluten-free and are never exposed to any of the major food allergens listed by the FDA, including gluten.
Are the tea and coffee bags recyclable?
