How much does each bag make?

Each 12oz bag of coffee makes around 22 cups of coffee. 5lb bags can make up to 147 awesome cups. Each 50g bag of tea makes ~20 8oz servings of tea.

Where is the coffee roasted?

We partner with First Crack in St. Louis, Missouri to roast all of our coffee. It will arrive at your door ~2-5 weeks after roasting.

Will the coffee pods work in my coffee machine?

Our coffee pods can be used in most single-serve coffee machines. These pods do not have a barcode on them, so if your machine requires a barcode in order to make your drink, these will not be compatible.

How do I brew the coffee?

For best results, use 195F-205F clean water, grind, brew, and drink fresh. Use clean brewing equipment and mugs. Filter Brewing: use a grind size slightly coarser than table salt. Use a 1:16 ratio (1 part coffee to 16 parts water). Brew time: 2:30. I

How should I store the coffee? How long will it stay fresh?

Best if used within one month of receiving. Store the coffee in the bag or an air-tight container at room temperature.

Is this coffee gluten-free? Vegan? Organic? Kosher?

Keats & Co coffee is gluten-free and vegan. Our coffee is not certified organic. While our coffee is kosher based on standards for coffee in general, it is not certified kosher.

Are there possible allergens in coffee?

It is incredibly unlikely for there to be possible allergens in Keats & Co coffee. Our roaster only works with coffee beans.

How is Paradoxa decaffeinated?

Paradoxa is decaffeinated using the sugarcane decaffeination method. Sugarcane decaffeination utilizes a naturally occurring compound, ethyl acetate (EA) to decaffeinate coffee. The EA used in this process is derived from molasses (a byproduct of sug

How should I store my tea? How long can I store it?

For long lasting flavor, we recommend storing the tea in a sealed container away from light and oxygen. Tea will store indefinitely as long as it is stored correctly, in a cool place out of the light.

How many milligrams of caffeine are in each tea?

We are not able to provide the exact amount of caffeine per cup as it differs per batch and the small, local supplier we work with is not set up for that testing. Each tea blend differs in its levels of caffeine but all teas are generally lower than

Is your tea gluten-free?

Yes, all of our teas are gluten-free and are never exposed to any of the major food allergens listed by the FDA, including gluten.

Are the tea and coffee bags recyclable?

Unfortunately they are not. We are working on finding ones that are, stay tuned!
